The FRED Division of Case Design relies heavily on the experience and knowledge of the Remodeling Consultant to get things done. The role of Remodeling Consultant requires many things. Some of these things are product knowledge, construction techniques, best practices regarding safety, building code knowledge, people skills, communication skills, and a remodeling mindset. The current team of FRED Consultants literally comprise hundreds of years of experience in remodeling and home construction. The reality is that there is no real commonality between the types of projects that the FRED Division is able to handle. The Consultants must be, and are, versed in all of the following areas: window and door replacement, flooring, interior finishes, exterior finishes, plumbing, electric, painting, roofing, flatwork (concrete, stone, hardscape), moldings, framing, insulation, house airflow, HVAC, cabinetry, countertops, and water intrusion issues. This is a unique group of specialists who are capable of not only identifying problems but figuring out how to fix them.
